Oversized Item Fee

Comforters & Bulky Blankets — $6 each

A $6 oversized-item fee applies to comforters and bulky blankets that require additional washer and dryer capacity due to their size and bulk.

Enhanced Hygiene Wash — $7

For laundry that could benefit from an extra level of hygiene-focused cleaning and care.

Our Enhanced Hygiene Wash uses the washing machine's extended Sanitize Cycle and includes laundry sanitizer for additional hygiene-focused care beyond our standard wash service.

This service may be especially useful for:

• Baby and toddler clothing

• Bedding and sleepwear

• Towels and washcloths

• Workout and athletic wear

• Work uniforms

• Clothing exposed to heavy perspiration or odors

• Other washable items you'd simply prefer to receive enhanced hygiene-focused care

$7 per order

Because the Sanitize Cycle takes longer than our standard wash cycle, selecting this service may increase processing time.

Enhanced Hygiene Wash provides additional hygiene-focused cleaning but is not a medical-grade sterilization service. Garment care labels and fabric requirements will always be considered when determining whether an item is appropriate for the Sanitize Cycle.

Steam Service — $3 per garment

Give garments a smoother, refreshed appearance with professional steaming.

Maximum: 20 steamed garments per order

• 1–5 garments: No additional turnaround time

• 6–10 garments: May add up to 12 hours

• 11–20 garments: May add up to 24 hours

Additional processing time is based on the number of garments receiving steam service.

*Customers must provide hangers.

Ironing Service — $4 per garment

For garments that need a crisp, polished finish.

Maximum: 20 ironed garments per order

• 1–3 garments: No additional turnaround time

• 4–8 garments: May add up to 24 hours

• 9–15 garments: May add up to 36 hours

• 16–20 garments: May add up to 48 hours

Additional processing time is based on the number of garments receiving ironing service.

Certain household items require separate handling and are priced individually rather than by the pound.

White Brightening Service

Give eligible white garments extra care with our dedicated White Brightening Service.

White items receiving this service are separated from the rest of your laundry and treated independently before washing. Depending on the level of brightening needed, items may remain in the treatment for up to 6 hours before being washed, dried, folded, and packaged.

Because this is a separate, multi-step treatment, pricing is based on the number of eligible white garments or pairs receiving the service.

• Up to 10 eligible garments/pairs — $12

• 11–20 eligible garments/pairs — $18

• 21–30 eligible garments/pairs — $24

• 31–40 eligible garments/pairs — $30

White Brightening Service is designed to improve the appearance and brightness of eligible white items. Results may vary based on fabric type, age, staining, discoloration, and previous laundering. Complete stain removal or restoration to the item's original whiteness cannot be guaranteed.
