Your Laundry, Handled with Care.

Our goal is to provide a convenient, reliable, and professional laundry experience for every customer. The following policies help ensure clear expectations and consistent service for everyone.

Pickup & Delivery Policy

Pickup Windows

Customers may select from one of the following pickup windows:

Morning Pickup
8:00 AM – 12:00 PM

Afternoon/Evening Pickup
1:00 PM – 8:00 PM

While we strive to arrive within your selected window, arrival times may vary due to traffic, weather, route conditions, or operational needs.

Delivery Schedule

Most orders are delivered by 8:00 PM the following day.

Larger orders, specialty items, commercial orders, and orders requiring additional treatments may require additional processing time.

If additional time is required, we will notify you as soon as possible.

Missed Pickup Policy

Please ensure your laundry is available during your selected pickup window.

If we arrive and your laundry is unavailable or inaccessible, a $10 Missed Pickup Fee may apply.

Safe Pickup & Delivery Locations

Customers are responsible for providing a safe and accessible pickup and delivery location.

CamBriann Laundry Services is not responsible for loss, theft, weather damage, or other issues involving laundry left unattended at customer-designated locations.

Laundry Processing Policy

Individual Order Processing

Each customer's laundry is processed separately.

We do not combine laundry from multiple customers into the same wash load.

Sorting Procedures

Laundry is sorted by color, fabric type, and care requirements whenever possible.

We take reasonable precautions to minimize color transfer and fabric damage during processing.

Detergents Used

Our standard detergents include:

  • Arm and Hammer with Oxi Boost (Classic Scent)
  • All Free & Clear (Hypoallergenic)

Customer-Supplied Detergent

Customers may provide their own liquid or powder detergent for use with their laundry.

Please clearly label any detergent provided.

Detergent Pods Policy

CamBriann Laundry Services does not use detergent pods.

Pods may not fully dissolve during washing and can leave residue or staining on garments.

Scent Beads Policy

CamBriann Laundry Services does not use scent beads.

Scent beads may leave residue on clothing and contribute to buildup within laundry equipment.

Turnaround Time Policy

Standard Service

Most orders are returned by 8:00 PM the following day.

Extended Processing Times

Additional processing time may be required for:

  • Large orders
  • Comforters
  • Blankets
  • Specialty items
  • Commercial laundry
  • Whites Brightening Treatment
  • Stain treatments
  • Sanitizing services
  • High-volume periods

Specialty Treatment Policies

Stain Removal Policy

We offer stain pre-treatment services and will make reasonable efforts to remove or reduce stains.

However, stain removal is never guaranteed.

Some stains may be permanent due to fabric type, stain age, previous treatment attempts, or heat exposure.

Whites Brightening Treatment

Our Whites Brightening Treatment is designed to improve the appearance of white garments and household linens.

Results vary based on fabric condition, age, staining, and previous laundering history.

Brightness restoration cannot be guaranteed.

Oxi Boost Treatment

Oxi Boost provides additional stain-fighting and whitening power but does not guarantee stain removal.

Color Transfer & Color Bleeding Policy

We sort laundry and take reasonable precautions to reduce the risk of color transfer.

We may utilize color-transfer reduction methods when appropriate.

However, some garments contain unstable dyes that may bleed regardless of precautions taken.

Customers should notify us of any new, delicate, or color-sensitive garments.

CamBriann Laundry Services cannot guarantee against color bleeding or color transfer.

Garment Care Policy

Customers are responsible for:

  • Emptying all pockets before pickup
  • Identifying delicate items
  • Identifying specialty-care items
  • Identifying items requiring air drying or special handling

We are not responsible for damage caused by items left in pockets.

Air Drying Requests

Items requiring air drying or special handling must be clearly communicated before processing.

Additional processing time may apply.

Comforters, Blankets & Household Items

We accept most washable:

  • Comforters
  • Blankets
  • Sheets
  • Pillowcases
  • Curtains
  • Washable rugs

Items must be suitable for laundering using standard laundry methods.

Items We Cannot Accept

For health, safety, and equipment protection reasons, we reserve the right to decline items that:

  • Require dry cleaning
  • Contain excessive mold
  • Contain excessive bodily fluids
  • Contain hazardous materials
  • Contain pest infestations
  • Contain excessive pet waste
  • Present safety concerns
  • May damage equipment

Payment Policy

Payment is due upon completion of service.

Orders may be held until payment has been successfully received.

Declined Payments

If payment cannot be processed, we will attempt to contact the customer.

Laundry may be held until payment is received.

Storage Fee & Abandoned Laundry Policy

Storage Fees

Completed orders that remain unpaid may be assessed a storage fee of:

$10 per day

Customer Notification

We will make reasonable efforts to contact customers regarding unpaid orders, including up to three contact attempts.

Abandoned Laundry

Orders remaining unpaid for more than six (6) calendar days after completion of service will be considered abandoned.

At that point, ownership of the items transfers to CamBriann Laundry Services.

CamBriann Laundry Services may donate, recycle, dispose of, retain, or sell abandoned items at its sole discretion.

Outstanding balances remain due and payable.

Subscription Plan Policies

Plan Allowances

Each subscription plan includes a monthly laundry allowance.

Unused pounds do not roll over into future billing periods.

Overage Charges

Laundry exceeding plan allowances will be billed at the current overage rate of:

$1.75 per pound

Plan Changes

Customers may request plan upgrades or downgrades.

Changes may take effect at the beginning of the next billing cycle.

Weather & Service Delays

The safety of our customers, employees, and drivers is our top priority.

Service may be delayed, rescheduled, or temporarily suspended due to:

  • Snow
  • Ice
  • Flooding
  • Severe storms
  • Road closures
  • Public emergencies
  • Other unsafe conditions

Customers will be notified as soon as possible when weather impacts service.

No additional fees will be charged for weather-related delays.

Right to Refuse Service

CamBriann Laundry Services reserves the right to refuse service for any order that:

  • Creates a health or safety concern
  • May damage equipment
  • Contains prohibited materials
  • Cannot be processed safely
  • Falls outside the scope of services offered
