Welcome to CamBriann Laundry Services ("CamBriann," "we," "our," or "us"). By scheduling service, submitting laundry for processing, purchasing a subscription, or using our website, you agree to the following Terms of Service.

Please read these terms carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using CamBriann Laundry Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all related policies.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services Provided

CamBriann Laundry Services provides laundry-related services including, but not limited to:

  • Wash, dry, and fold services
  • Pickup and delivery services
  • Subscription laundry services
  • Commercial laundry services
  • Specialty item cleaning
  • Optional add-on services

Service availability may vary based on location, scheduling, weather conditions, equipment availability, and business operations.

3. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate contact information
  • Reviewing garment care labels
  • Emptying all pockets before pickup
  • Identifying delicate, specialty, or high-value items
  • Identifying items requiring special care
  • Promptly reviewing delivered orders

CamBriann Laundry Services is not responsible for damage caused by items left in pockets, including but not limited to pens, cosmetics, electronics, sharp objects, gum, lighters, or other personal belongings.

4. Garment Care & Cleaning Risks

Customers understand that laundering inherently carries risks.

CamBriann Laundry Services follows reasonable industry-standard laundering procedures but cannot guarantee against:

  • Color bleeding
  • Dye transfer
  • Fabric shrinkage
  • Fabric stretching
  • Fading
  • Wear and tear
  • Weak seams
  • Loose buttons
  • Existing garment defects

Customers are responsible for informing us of any special care requirements prior to service.

5. Stain Removal Disclaimer

While we may offer stain pre-treatment and specialty stain removal services, stain removal cannot be guaranteed.

Certain stains may become permanent due to:

  • Age of stain
  • Fabric composition
  • Prior treatment attempts
  • Heat exposure
  • Unknown stain sources

No refunds will be issued based solely on unsuccessful stain removal efforts.

6. Whites Brightening & Specialty Treatments

Specialty treatments, including Whites Brightening Treatment, Oxi Boost, Sanitizing Treatment, Vinegar Rinse, and similar services, are intended to improve cleaning results but do not guarantee specific outcomes.

Results vary based on fabric type, garment condition, and prior wear.

7. Lost or Damaged Items

Customers must report any claim for lost or damaged items within seventy-two (72) hours of delivery.

CamBriann Laundry Services' liability for any lost or damaged item shall not exceed the lesser of:

  • The item's current fair market value; or
  • Ten (10) times the service charge associated with the affected item.

CamBriann Laundry Services shall not be liable for normal wear and tear, manufacturer defects, age-related deterioration, or damage resulting from improper labeling or care instructions.

Any reimbursement for approved claims shall be subject to the Garment Valuation & Reimbursement Limits set forth in Section 8 of these Terms of Service.

8. Garment Valuation & Reimbursement Limits

Customers acknowledge that garments and household textiles naturally depreciate over time due to age, wear, laundering, usage, and normal deterioration.

In the event CamBriann Laundry Services determines that reimbursement is warranted for a lost or damaged item, reimbursement shall be based upon the item's current fair market value at the time of service and not its original purchase price, replacement cost, sentimental value, or perceived value.

CamBriann Laundry Services may request documentation supporting the value of any claimed item, including but not limited to purchase receipts, photographs, brand information, age of the item, and proof of ownership.

Reimbursement for any individual item shall not exceed the lesser of:

  • The item's current fair market value; or
  • Fifty Dollars ($50.00) per item.

The total maximum reimbursement for all claims arising from a single order shall not exceed Two Hundred Dollars ($200.00), regardless of the number of items involved.

CamBriann Laundry Services shall not be responsible for the replacement cost of garments, emotional distress, sentimental value, consequential damages, loss of use, or other indirect losses associated with any claimed item.

Customers are strongly encouraged not to submit designer, luxury, vintage, heirloom, collectible, irreplaceable, or high-value items through standard laundry service. Such items are accepted and processed solely at the customer's risk.

9. Delicate, Valuable, and Specialty Items

Customers submit delicate, vintage, heirloom, designer, sentimental, or high-value items at their own risk.

We recommend that irreplaceable items not be submitted for standard laundry processing.

10. Pickup & Delivery

Customers are responsible for ensuring laundry is available during the selected pickup window.

Pickup windows are estimates and may vary due to traffic, weather, route adjustments, or operational needs.

CamBriann Laundry Services is not responsible for theft, loss, weather exposure, or damage to laundry left unattended at pickup or delivery locations.

11. Missed Pickups

If a scheduled pickup cannot be completed because laundry is unavailable or inaccessible, a missed pickup fee of $10 may be charged.

12. Turnaround Times

Most orders are delivered by 8:00 PM the following day.

However, turnaround times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Additional processing time may be required for:

  • Large orders
  • Commercial orders
  • Specialty items
  • Add-on treatments
  • Equipment issues
  • Weather events
  • High-volume periods

13. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed.

CamBriann Laundry Services reserves the right to withhold release of laundry until payment is received in full.

14. Declined Payments

If payment is declined, we will attempt to contact the customer using the information provided.

Laundry may be held until payment is successfully received.

Customers remain responsible for all service charges and applicable fees.

15. Storage Fees & Abandoned Property

Completed orders that remain unpaid may incur a storage fee of $10 per day.

CamBriann Laundry Services will make reasonable efforts to contact the customer, including up to three contact attempts.

Orders remaining unpaid for more than six (6) calendar days after completion of service shall be considered abandoned property.

Upon abandonment, ownership of the items transfers to CamBriann Laundry Services. We may donate, recycle, dispose of, sell, retain, or otherwise handle abandoned property at our sole discretion without further notice or compensation.

Outstanding balances remain due and payable.

16. Subscription Plans

Subscription plans are subject to the terms associated with the selected plan.

Unused pounds do not roll over between billing periods.

Laundry exceeding plan allowances will be billed at the current overage rate.

CamBriann Laundry Services reserves the right to modify subscription offerings and pricing with advance notice.

17. Weather & Service Interruptions

CamBriann Laundry Services may delay, reschedule, or temporarily suspend service due to:

  • Severe weather
  • Natural disasters
  • Road closures
  • Equipment failures
  • Public emergencies
  • Circumstances beyond our reasonable control

Customers will be notified whenever possible.

18. Refusal of Service

CamBriann Laundry Services reserves the right to refuse service for any item or order that:

  • Presents a health or safety risk
  • Contains excessive mold
  • Contains excessive bodily fluids
  • Contains hazardous materials
  • Contains pest infestations
  • Contains excessive pet waste
  • Contains excessive smoke, marijuana, or chemical odors
  • May damage equipment or other customer laundry

19. Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall CamBriann Laundry Services be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services.

Our total liability shall be limited as expressly stated in these Terms.

20. Changes to These Terms

CamBriann Laundry Services reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time.

Updated versions will be posted on our website.

Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any revisions.
